Савойский Александр Геннадьевич

Эксперт российской правительственной делегации на 69-й сессии Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН; кандидат политических наук, эксперт в области экономической дипломатии, международных отношений и мировой экономики, владеет английским и французским языками.

Окончил Санкт-Петербургский государственный университет, факультет международных отношений; Дипломатическую Академию МИД России, факультет мировой экономики (Москва); Российскую Академию государственной службы при Президенте Российской Федерации (Москва); Аспирантуру Института мировой экономики и международных отношений Российской Академии наук (ИМЭМО РАН, Москва). Автор многочисленных научных статей о международной жизни и мировой экономике, современной Теории экономической дипломатии, Теоремы цикличности эволюции Человечества и системы международных отношений, Первого закона динамики международной жизни в контексте Прошлое - Настоящее - Будущее (Москва, 2013), а также девяти научных книг о российско-американских отношениях: Савойский А.Г. Россия - США: 200 лет экономической дипломатии (1807 - 2007). 2-е изд. с доп. - 756 с.; 60 с. ил. Отдельные авторские монографии были выставлены на Международном Книжном Салоне в Париже (март 2012 года). Регулярно выступает с докладами на международных научных конференциях. Принял участие во Втором ежегодном Политическом форуме высокого уровня по устойчивому развитию (ЭКОСОС ООН, Нью-Йорк, 30 июня - 11 июля 2014 года) и выступил с докладами, содержащими рекомендации для дальнейшей реализации Целей развития Тысячелетия (ЦРТ) и Повестки дня после 2015 года. Принял участие в заседаниях 69-й сессии Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН.

He is the Expert of the Russian Government Delegation to the 69th session of the United Nations General Assembly, the Doctor of Political Science, the Expert of Economic Diplomacy, Foreign Affairs, and World Economy, speaks fluently English and French. He received his education at : Saint Petersburg State University, the Faculty of International Relations; Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Faculty of World Economy (Moscow); Russian Academy of State Administration of the President of the Russian Federation (Moscow); Doctorate School of the Institute of World Economy and Foreign Affairs of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IMEMO RAN, Moscow). He is the author of many scientific articles concerning foreign affairs and world economy, the modern Theory of economic diplomacy, the Theorem of cyclicality of Humanity` evolution and the system of international relations` evolution, and First law of dynamics of the international life in a context of the Past - Present - Future (Moscow, 2013), as well as nine scientific books about Russian-American Relations : Russia - USA : 200 Years of Economic Diplomacy (1807 - 2007). His researches presented at various websites. Author`s monographs were exposed to Paris International Book Salon (March, 2012). He has been making oral statements at the international scientific conferences. He participated in the Second Annual High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (UN ECOSOC, New York; June 30 - July 11, 2014). He made two oral statements and presented the recommendations for further implementation of Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and Post 2015 Agenda. He participated in the 69th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
